Operator Accounts

Create Operator Accounts that can log in to Hotspot

Manager to manage wireless guests, payments or

transactions, and vouchers.

Search Enter keywords in the Search field to find a

specific operator account based on Name, Password, or

Notes value.

Account Displays the name of the operator.

Password Displays the password.

Notes Displays any descriptive notes.

Actions Click a button to perform the desired action:

• Delete Click Delete to remove an operator account.

Create Operator To create an operator account,

complete the following:

• Account Enter a name for the operator. The Account

name can only be A-Z, a-z, or 0-9. No spaces are allowed.

• Password Enter a password for the operator. The

Password has to start with A-Z, a-z, or 0-9. The other

characters can only be printable ASCII characters.

• Notes (Optional) Enter a note to identify or describe the

operator.

• Create Operator Click Create Operator to create the

operator account.

To test the operator account, log out of the

UniFi Controller software and log in using the

operator credentials. Only the Wireless Guests,

Payments/Transactions, and Vouchers tabs will appear.
